Celebrate National Fruit & Vegetables Month

Discover the Benefits

of a Plant-Based Diet

Fresh vegetables and fruit are essential to any well-balanced diet, and it’s recommended that we fill at least half of our plate with vegetables and fruit at every meal. Plant-based diets, those that consist of mostly vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, beans, and grains, may decrease your risk of cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. Plant-based diets can also be an effective way to managed these illnesses once diagnosed.
